  1. Oh… Good way to start nepotism.

    There is a law in France, less and less applied that I hated but admired. It is called approximately “non-bargain law”. If a contractor is in a client office more than x months (I think it’s 1 year) on the same assignment, the contract has to stop OR the company must employ him. The idea is that a more than a year long “contract” should be a job opening in the company.
