  1. So it was a simulated phone call? If the upcoming product worked as described, and demonstrated, that seems to be not misleading in any material way, though somewhat in the realm of misleading. To say that investors were misled is kind of stretchy.

  3. Oz_L_G I didn’t know that. I’m wondering how those two party consent laws work when the callers are in different states. I wonder if it matters which state the caller is in or the non-consenting party. Or if the federal law simply controls.
